AI influencer cost: consistent character image posts

An AI influencer needs a recognizable identity across posts. A cheap image that looks like a different person is not a useful production result. This guide starts with reference-based still images and makes that consistency requirement part of the tool selection.

Start with a character reference you can reuse

Choose an approved reference image and write a short identity brief: facial features, hair, wardrobe boundaries and the intended tone. Use the same reference when requesting new scenes. Keep a small set of accepted results as a review standard rather than accepting every attractive output.

The current catalog marks Gen-4 Image as supporting reference-guided consistency, based on Runway’s documentation. Support for that workflow is not a guarantee that every image preserves the identity. Reference preparation, rights checks and manual review remain your responsibility.

What the image-post preset actually budgets for

The preset requests 20 posts with two final images each. That means 40 intended deliverables. With a 1.25 attempt allowance rounded per post, the model budgets for three generated images per post, or 60 images in total.

This estimate assumes you bring an approved reference. Creating the initial identity, commissioning artwork, training a custom model or doing extensive retouching is not included. A monthly content estimate should not silently absorb a separate character-development project.

Review identity before spending on a full campaign

Test the reference across the kinds of scenes you actually plan to publish: close-ups, wider framing, different lighting and different outfits. Review facial shape and other identity cues before moving on to composition and style. Record how many attempts produce something usable and adjust the calculator accordingly.

Keep your naming and approval process simple. Store the selected reference and the accepted image together with the prompt used. If a reference changes halfway through a campaign, budget for rework rather than assuming the remaining posts will match automatically.

Why video is a separate decision

This preset starts with still-image posts. Turning an image into a moving clip adds new failure modes: changing facial details, unnatural motion and continuity problems. A still-image consistency capability must not automatically qualify a video model.

If you add AI video while keeping the consistency requirement enabled, the current video catalog is blocked because that capability has not been verified there. Do not interpret the image estimate as a quote for a complete talking avatar or video influencer. Voice identity, lip sync and video continuity need their own verified workflow.

Common questions

Does the calculator create an AI influencer?

No. It estimates tool costs. You prepare the character reference and generate, review and publish content yourself.

Is the same face guaranteed in every post?

No. Reference-guided consistency is a supported technique, not a guarantee. Review every result and budget for rejected generations.

Does this price include influencer videos?

No. The starting preset covers image posts. Video with verified character continuity is not currently supported by the catalog.
