Report a pricing error
Tell us which price, plan allowance, billing unit or limit appears outdated. A useful report includes:
- The affected page URL and provider or product name.
- The figure or statement that needs checking, and what has changed.
- A current official pricing, documentation or support link, if available.
For a broken source, include the link and the page where you found it. For a calculation error, share the relevant inputs, the result shown and the result you expected. Rounded units, minimum purchases and retries can affect an estimate; our methodology explains the workflow calculator’s rules.
General enquiries
Use the same contact channel for site feedback, accessibility issues, questions about our research, privacy requests, partnerships and advertising or commercial enquiries.
For a proposal, describe the organisation, what you have in mind and which part of NotCheapAI it concerns. Commercial enquiries are considered under the publication’s independence policy; they do not buy a favorable cost comparison or ranking.
For privacy questions, describe your request without including unnecessary personal information. Our Privacy notice explains how contact emails and external services are handled.

Prefer email?
Opens your email app. Nothing is sent until you send the email there. You can also copy the address into your usual email service.
What happens next
Messages are reviewed so we can investigate reported issues or respond where appropriate. Pricing corrections may be checked against official sources before an update is made. Older examples retain their stated dates; a website rebuild does not refresh their prices.
We cannot guarantee a reply or a response time. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment details or private client material. NotCheapAI cannot manage subscriptions or resolve another provider’s account or billing disputes; contact that provider directly for those issues.
